Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, purchasing materials, or accessing the PasioEssencia Floristry Institute platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Enrollment and Payments

All course fees are due in full at enrollment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and approved institutional invoices. Prices are listed in USD and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are issued within 7 days of purchase if no course content has been accessed.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available between days 8–30 only in cases of documented medical emergency.
• After 30 days or after course completion, no refunds are provided.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Share login credentials or recorded course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell any proprietary curriculum or techniques.
• Use the platform for any unlawful or commercial purpose outside of personal floristry education.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, floral design methodologies, photography, and documentation remain the exclusive property of PasioEssencia Floristry Institute. Students receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only. Any commercial use requires written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

While we maintain the highest standards of safety and sanitation in our instruction, PasioEssencia Floristry Institute is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or property damage resulting from the application of learned techniques. Education is provided “as is” without warranty of specific outcomes or employment placement. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
